Melissa Flynn manages the investment operations for McCarter Private Wealth Services. She oversees day-to-day processes and serves as the primary operations contact for managed accounts and outside relationships with trustees, brokers, and accountants. She is responsible for all cash and security management, performance measurement and reporting, and regulatory compliance for the department.
Previous to joining McCarter Private Wealth Services, Melissa was the Director of Investment Operations at Burns & Levinson Asset Management and a financial analyst for Pilot House Associates, a family office and investment arm of one of the largest private philanthropic foundations in the country. Prior to that, she spent ten years in the corporate treasury department of Continental Cablevision, Inc., where she managed the executive stock program and investor relations for the Company’s restricted shareholders. Melissa attended Northeastern University in Boston and holds a Series 65 License (Uniform Investment Adviser) from the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA).
